What is the five per thousand?
It is a portion of the IRPEF, personal income tax, which is allocated to the Third Sector. If no entity is chosen, it will still be distributed proportionally. It is a percentage of the tax, it is deducted from its amount, it is not additional to the tax paid.
Taxpayers can allocate a portion equal to 5 per thousand of the personal income tax to purposes of social interest. The choice is made when filing the tax return, therefore with reference to the previous tax period.
When?
